I didn’t get a number

It arrives as soon as the parcel leaves, usually 1 to 2 business days after your order. Check your spam folder, then write to us if nothing has arrived.

Tracking isn’t moving

Between two countries, tracking can stay quiet for several days. If nothing moves for a long time, write to us with your order number: we’ll chase the carrier.

Marked delivered, but nothing received

Check with neighbours or the pickup point shown. Still nothing the next day? Write to us and we’ll open an investigation.
